Avoid weight gain during CNY

CNY is coming meaning Weight Gain!


#1: Eat what you need, it doesn’t mean you need to eat more when there are still lot foods sitting on the table.

#2: CNY doesn’t mean you just need to eat all kind of fleshy meat. You still need colorful vegetables and fruits in order to give your body the wide range of valuable nutrients it needs

#3: You can still taste all the foods without overeating by going smaller portion.

#4: Do not skip any meals just because you planned to a dinner or whatsoever, these lead to overeating only.
